Return Process

  Log in to your GMAX account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to avoid damage during transit and ensure a full refund.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned electronics, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
